What is teckyz?
teckyz is a white-label work platform. It brings customer support tickets, team to-dos and tasks, and full project planning into one place, with AI built in. You run it on your own domain, under your own brand.
How is it different from a help desk?
A help desk only handles support tickets. teckyz does that, then keeps going: turn a ticket into a task, plan a project with dependencies and a timeline, track time and budget, and let AI draft the plan for you. One tool instead of three.
Does the AI cost extra?
No. AI planning, suggested replies, summaries, auto-triage, and replanning are included in every seat. There's no AI surcharge and no feature gates.
Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes. Run teckyz at your own address with your logo, colors, and fonts. Your customers and team see your brand, not teckyz.
Can people outside my company see a project?
Yes. You can invite outside collaborators to a view-only link, with no account required, and revoke it any time.
How does pricing work?
Simple per-seat pricing at $18 per seat per month, everything included. Start with a 14-day free trial, no card required.
