Terms of Service

Last updated June 12, 2026.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the teckyz work platform and related websites and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf and represent that you have authority to do so.

1. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the conduct of users you invite, including agents and external collaborators.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data; and no use that violates the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you and your users submit.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per seat on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, teckyz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
